Our Fundraising Efforts

To raise the funds used in this cycle, we relied on a combination of school-based events and direct outreach. As a team, we participated in multiple school fundraisers (including service fairs, student market days) and prepared various goods to sell.

Beyond on-campus events, we organized email campaigns targeting alumni and families within the school network. In each email, we included an explanation of the verification process and examples of milestone-based forgiveness so donors understood exactly how contributions would be used.

Closing

Every number on this page represents a story of someone who kept going––a child who didn’t drop out after a parent’s illness; a grandmother who reached a clinic she thought she’d never see again; a young trainee who now holds a certificate that can change his family’s future.

Though small, Growth Link’s goal-linked microgrants show how impact doesn’t necessarily need to be loud to be lasting. To us, each verified milestone––be it a signed attendance sheet or a handwritten thank-you note––works as proof that change can be felt in peoples' lives.

Our Cavite cycle reminded us that the heart of progress lies in partnership: students, families, teachers, and neighbors all working together to believe and to build. As we expand, we carry forward the same promise: every contribution, no matter the size, links directly to a person, a purpose, and a future that now feels a little more possible.
